It's good to see MTV once again display no intelligence. Not that it matters, but I knew this list was a joke once they revealed 50 in the top 10. Apparently not doing anything for two years makes you one of the hottest in the game. And any list of "Top"-anything that includes Gucci Mane instantly loses all credibility and relevance. This list reads like it was concocted by the minds at Tiger Beat or Teen People. But I guess that's essentially what MTV is by now.
