I've been battling the flu fiercer than the '07 World Rap Championships and arguing with one oddly knowledgeable, ominous commenter.

Steady winning, however, and here are some new, blog-worthy songs I've been enjoying during days at home. Jump man.
  1. 88 Keys, Colin Munroe - Wake Up Call
  2. Murs, 9th Wonder - 3:16 pt. II
  3. Nappy Roots - Dippin' & Dodgin'
  4. Slim Thug - What's Happenin'
  5. Reks, Freddie Gibbs - God Damn
  6. JD Era, Freddie Gibbs, Q Da Kid - Villains
  7. Rick Ross, Birdman - Pray For Me
  8. GZA - New York Ginseng
  9. Donwill - Ditto
  10. Lupe Fiasco - What U Want

I have been checking out your posts for the last couple of hours, and everything has been very informative and well written. I just wanted to tell you that for some reason this one doesn't seem to work in Internet Explorer. On a side note, I was wondering if you wanted to swap blogroll links? I hope to hear from you soon!

Hi, great article. Gotta love the protein! For me personally, on top of eating better shakes instead of cheating, I've discovered that the best solution in getting rid of them is by simply lower my entire percentage of bodyfat to under 9 percent. I have recently become a fan of a Paleolithic regimen. It is much more natural and how we evolved to eat. Check it out sometime and email me what you think. Anyhow, cool blog - I'm subscribed to your feed now so I'll be checking in regularly!

Hi - nice write-up. Nothing like a good protein shake! With my body, on top of drinking healthy protein rather than snacking, I've found that the best solution to get rid of them is by simply get my whole body fat percentage to under 8 percent. I've typically been more into the Paleo Diet. It's natural and how we evolved to eat. Take a look at it when you have a chance and drop me an email with what you think. Anyway, cool site... I'm subscribed to your RSS feed now so thanks again!

Hey - interesting article. Gotta love the protein! For me, besides eating healthy shakes rather than snacking, I've found that the real way in getting rid of them is by simply get my entire percentage of bodyfat to less than 9 percent. I've recently become a follower of the Primal Blueprint. It's much more natural and how Mother Nature intended for us to eat. Check it out sometime and drop me an email with what you think. Anyway, cool blog - I'm subscribed to your RSS feed now so thanks again!

Found your web site and decided to have a very fast read, not what a usually do but great one. Nice to see a web site for the change that isn’t full of spam and rubbish, and truly makes some sense. Anyway, nice write up.

This is getting a bit far more subjective, but I a lot prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has much more flair, and some cool features like 'Mixview' that let you speedily see connected albums, songs, or other users associated to what you're listening to. Clicking on a single of individuals will center on that item, and one more set of "neighbors" will arrive into view, allowing you to navigate close to exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune "Social" can be fantastic fun, letting you find other people with shared tastes and becoming close friends with them. You then can listen to some playlist developed based on an amalgamation of what all your close friends are listening to, which can also be enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy is going to be relieved to learn it is possible to avoid the public from seeing your personal listening habits should you so decide on.
